Careers at MOBILUXE International

Work With Your Hands and Head

We are hiring across the studio
and the atelier.

MOBILUXE builds one-of-one interiors for vehicles, aircraft and vessels. That takes people who can draw it, engineer it and make it, often on the same commission. If that is you, we would like to see your work.

Why here

Nothing here is mass-produced, including the jobs.

Every commission is bespoke, so no two weeks look the same. You will work on a Sprinter cabin, then an aircraft galley, then a yacht saloon. The work is signed, the standards are written down, and the person who cut the leather is in the room when the client sees it.

01

Work that is signed

  • Your name on the commission record
  • No anonymous production line
  • Craft credited internally and to clients where permitted
02

Tools and materials that work

  • Proper machinery, maintained
  • Materials from named suppliers
  • Time budgeted for doing it correctly
03

Room to learn

  • Cross-training across disciplines
  • Apprenticeships for the right people
  • Exposure to vehicles, aircraft and marine work
04

Straight terms

  • Clear scope and reporting line
  • Paid test pieces, never free work
  • Honest answers about progression
Open roles

Eight positions, studio and bench.

Each card opens an email with the subject and a short template ready to go. Attach your CV and anything you have made.

How to apply

Send three things.

Email info@mobiluxedesign.com. No forms, no portals, no account to create. An email reaches a person here, and a person replies.

01

Your CV

A short one is fine. We care more about what you have built than how it is formatted.

02

Work you are proud of

Portfolio, photographs, drawings, a link, or simply a description. Trade roles do not need a website.

03

A line about you

Where you are, what you want to work on, and when you could start.

What happens next

Five steps, and a reply either way.

We know what it is like to send an application into silence. We do not do that here.

1

You send it in

To info@mobiluxedesign.com. Every application is read by a person.

2

We reply

Within five working days, either way. We will not leave you waiting.

3

A conversation

A call, then a studio visit if you are local, so you can see the bench you would work at.

4

A practical

For trade roles, a short paid test piece. For studio roles, a small brief. Your work, your call on the terms.

5

Offer

In writing, with the scope, the terms and who you report to set out plainly.

Before you write

Questions, answered.

I do not see my discipline listed. Should I still write?

Yes. The roles below are the ones we are actively filling, but the house covers vehicle conversion, aviation interiors, upholstery, sourcing, design engineering and fleet work. If you are good at something we need, tell us and we will find the conversation.

Do you take apprentices or juniors?

Yes, particularly in the atelier. If you are early in a trade and serious about it, send us what you have made, however modest. We would rather train someone careful than hire someone fast.

Can I work remotely?

Studio roles such as 3D visualisation and CAD can be partly remote. Atelier and engineering roles are hands-on and based at the workshop.

Do you offer paid test pieces?

Yes. If we ask you to make or draw something as part of an application, it is paid. We do not take unpaid work from candidates.

The Art of Executive Travel

Show us something you made.

A drawing, a seat, a harness, a render, a cabinet. If you take the work seriously, we would like to meet you. The studio is at No 16 Banjul Street, Wuse II, FCT Abuja.
